Our project management consultants are all Project Management Institute (PMI) certified in good standing. Our methodology adopts best practices and international standards and benchmarks such as the ‘ISO 31000 – Principles and Guidelines’, and the ‘COSO Enterprise Risk Management – Integrated Framework’. We position RM within the context of the organisation’s strategy, performance management indicators, and specific operational goals.

Hence, our programs ensure the creation of knowledge, competence and desired attitudes, to undertake the required tasks and meet acceptable performance standards. We employ the ‘train the trainer’ methodology to ensure capacity that can sustain the activities after the closure of our engagement. Training materials, course manuals and toolkits are provided where applicable, and training is delivered in classroom, online, or using blended learning mechanisms.
