Januvation Solutions Inc. uses standard project management principles together with a methodology that is aligned to standard international approaches and best practices’ in project management. Our project management consultants are all Project Management Institute (PMI) certified in good standing. Change management and communication strategies and interventions are an integral part of our process. Likewise, risk modelling and analysis are carried out at every stage and on all aspects of the project.  

Risk Management (RM) services are provided by well trained and knowledgeable professionals, who possess a wealth of experience in leading these initiatives across the English-speaking Caribbean. Our methodology adopts best practices and international standards and benchmarks such as the ‘ISO 31000 – Principles and Guidelines’, and the ‘COSO Enterprise Risk Management – Integrated Framework’. We position RM within the context of the organisation’s strategy, performance management indicators, and specific operational goals. 

 Our records management expertise includes information governance, ‘best practices’, and international standards. We are skilled in analysing records and information management business needs and deploying solutions to support digitisation, and manage classification schemes, retention schedules, and content preservation. Our consultants have successfully deployed solutions using a variety of platforms and tools that include SharePoint, OmniSuite, OnBase, and Acorde.

We employ the ‘train the trainer’ methodology to ensure capacity that can sustain the activities after the closure of our engagement. Training materials, course manuals and toolkits are provided where applicable, and training is delivered in classroom, online, or using blended learning mechanisms.
